I switch form Isolate to Whey. The vanilla Whey is my favorite. It’s hard to get a good quality protein supplement. This product hits all the spots. High Protein per serving, easy to mix (no too powdery), amazing taste, very foamy (like a milkshake, not like others that are like drinking tar) . This a product is part of my daily routine.
I have take protein for decades… now almost @ 50… I have seen the best result on muscle growth. It low calories, one scoop does the job, dissolves super fast (no too powdery), and it taste amazing. I have mix it with High protein yogurt so I can get 40-45g of protein per serving.
